General Terms

When we say “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us,” we’re referring to TapLead, operated by Melvin Reymondon, sole proprietor, registered at 156 Rue Galinette, 83400 Hyères, France, under number 992 339 762 R.C.S. Toulon.

When we say “Services,” we mean our website (https://taplead.ai) and any software or features we provide, including browser-based tools, AI agents, integrations, MCP connectors and APIs.

When we say “you” or “your,” we mean the professional or organization using our Services.

The Services are intended for professional use only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and acting for business purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for losses due to stolen or misused accounts.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including usage by team members. Account creation via bots or automation is not allowed.

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential updates and promotional content. You may opt out of promotional content at any time.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately and on a recurring basis, through our third-party payment provider.

You must provide accurate billing information, including full name, address, VAT number (if applicable) and payment method.

All fees are exclusive of taxes. VAT and other applicable taxes are added where required.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time or failure to use the Services. We will refund duplicate charges and billing errors.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of abuse, violation of these Terms, non-payment or legal obligation. Terminated accounts lose access to the Services and stored content.

We may update the Services, pricing or features at any time. Significant pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

We may discontinue parts of the Services. If we discontinue the Services as a whole, we will give you reasonable notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused period.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for high uptime and data security. Excessive usage may lead to temporary account throttling; we will contact you in advance where possible.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

By using the Services, you consent to our processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may access your account:

• With your consent (e.g. for support)
• To ensure platform security
• To comply with legal obligations

TapLead uses AI and third-party providers to process:

• Publicly available intent signals (e.g. interactions, comments, job changes)
• Public professional information (name, company, job title, profile URLs)
• Lead enrichment (e.g. professional email, phone number) from third-party providers

AI-generated content (messages, comments, suggestions) may contain errors. You remain responsible for everything sent from your accounts, whether you use manual validation or autopilot.

You are responsible for complying with applicable regulations (e.g. GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) when contacting leads generated through TapLead.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of lead data or AI-generated insights. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting upon such data.

You are the data controller of any personal data you process through our Services. We act as a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as detailed in our Data Processing Addendum, available on request at hey@taplead.ai.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, abusive or deceptive purpose
• Violate the rights of any third party (e.g. through spam, unauthorized scraping or unauthorized access)
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform or attempt to circumvent its limitations
• Use the Services in a way that violates data protection laws or marketing regulations

When you contact leads by email, you must include an unsubscribe option and honor opt-out requests promptly. When you use messaging channels such as WhatsApp, you must comply with the platform’s rules and obtain consent where required.

Our Services may interact with or depend on third-party platforms, such as professional networks, messaging apps or email providers.

You acknowledge that:

• TapLead is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any third-party platform
• Your use of such platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, which may restrict or prohibit automation
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activity through TapLead complies with those terms
• TapLead shall not be held liable for any restriction, suspension or termination of your accounts on third-party platforms, or for any changes made by such platforms that may affect the operation of our Services
• Integrations with third-party platforms may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, without prior notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.

TapLead shall not be liable for any adverse action, suspension or limitation imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your use of our Services.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We own all rights in the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active.

You keep all rights in your content and data. You grant us the right to process them solely to provide the Services.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Toulon, France, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
